Return & Cancellation Policy

Artgow is committed to making our customers 100% satisfied with their purchase. Therefore, If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase (due to quality issues) you may return your purchase within 30 days of receiving it. We will provide a refund of your purchased price after deducting the shipping and handling costs, you may also choose for a free replacement exchange of the product. Please contact us by email for returning instructions and a Return Authorization (R.A.) number.

A Return Authorization (R.A.) number must be obtained from Artgow in the event that items are to be returned . Before initiating a return service, we suggest the customer have the invoice number and product name prepared in order to reduce the process time; customers will be required to provide proof of purchase.

We will require the Customer to show the R.A. number prominently on the outside of the package to reduce the return process time.

All items must be returned to Artgow within 7 days from the release of the R.A. number.

 

Return Policy

All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with the original packaging. Requests to return items due to quality issues, color/style/size error from use must be accompanied by photos or other evidence that clearly shows the problem with the item received. Paintings with quality issues e.g. there is a deviation in picture of 20% and more are eligible for a full refund minus the shipping costs and within 30 days of receiving your order. 

Damaged paintings are extremely rare. Please do not accept packages if they are damaged, creased or torn. Artgow will not refund paintings if a customer accepts a damaged box from any courier.

Returns will not be accepted if the painting is custom-made, personalized portraits or if there is deliberate damage.

We do not offer refunds on items that have been wrongly selected or change of mind. 

 

Deviation 

Please note that amongst the artwork from Artgow, installation arts and hand-painting are handcrafted, flat prints are printed therefore different products may have a slight difference of 5%-10% . This is accepted by the customer when placing the order, returns will not be accepted due to minor deviations. Computer monitor color and/or the nature of the medium may result in deviations, e.g. hand pain

 

Cancellation Policy

Any order canceled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund. It is an 100% money back guarantee.

For Orders canceled over 24 hours but within 72 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price (if the item has not been shipped).

Orders canceled more than 72 hours after payment confirmation (and before the item has been shipped) will be eligible for a refund of the shipping costs (if applicable).

Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
